• 400-450gr T-Bone Steak
  • Salt and Ground Pepper

Preparation: condition the meat in fridge about 2 hours. Wipe out both sides of the steak before you start cooking.

Direction: Heat the skillet over a high heat. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Cook the meat 3 mins for each side for midium-rare. I don't like to marinade or prepare sauce for a quality piece of meat. Serve it with a glass of quality red wine.
