  • Ful fat white Turkish Cheese

  • Spring Onion
  • Ground Pepper
  • Paprika

Slice the aubergine 1cm thickness. Hollow the aubergine slices in the middle. Chop the onion in small pieces. Mix cheese, onion,paprika,black pepper. Stuff the hollowed aubergine with cheese mixture. Heat the pan and add olive oil. Cook both sides of the aubergine slices until the cheese stuff turns into black color and crusty(5mins both sides). Be careful while reversing the slices up and down. The stuff may drop off the slices onto pan. Decorate your plate with fresh mint leaves.
