• 500gr Minced Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 12 Cherry Tomatos
  • 4 Clove Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Box Spagetti 500gr
  • Paprika
  • Green Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Salt and Ground Pepper
  • Powder Basil
  • 1tbs Butter


Boil spagetti for 7-8mins. Be sure you boiled it as "Al Dante". Add butter and mix gently to cool spagetti avoiding of cooking itself more. Heat pan, add chopped onion, minced garlic to saute until caramelized. Add minced beef and cook about 15mins. Add green paper and halved cherry tomatos and cook until boiling. Meat and tomato will free its stock. You may add more stock if needed. Season with cumin, paprika, basil, salt and pepper. You may mix the sauce with whole pasta or serve sauce on top of each plate.
