• 300gr  Turkey Breast
  • 1 tea spoon fresh Ginger
  • 2 gloves Garlic
  • Salt-Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Lime or Lemon Juice
  • 1tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 3 tbsp Turkish Yogurt
  • 1 fresh or sun dried Chili
  • Olive Oil

Method: Cut turkey breast by 1,5cm thick Julien pieces. Cut ginger and garlics finely and mix with other herbs, yogurt and turkey pieces. Wait 15mins to let all flavours mix well. Heat pan with olive oil and start adding turkey pieces. Cook until both sides are cripy brown. Serve with chili pieces.
