• 1 ripe Avocado 
  • 4-5 small Artichokes
  • 3-4 leaves of Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1/2 glass of Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt-Black Pepper
  • Paprika Flakes

Method: Halve the avocado and take out the seed. Carve fleshy parts with a small spoon and put in a blender. Add vinegar, slat-pepper and olive oil to mix. We need a not so thick sauce. Cut artichokes into cubes. Take out the seeds and juicy part of tomato and cut into small pieces. Mix artichoke, sauce and tomato and serve on lettuce leaves.
