• 500gr Duck Breast(with skin)
  • 1 hot Chili Pepper
  • 3-4 clove of Garlic
  • 2 tbs of Honey
  • 1 glass of red Wine
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Salt-Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Method: Make scratches on skinned side of duck breast. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat skillet and seal both sides until they turn golden brown. Put breast on oven pan then add garlic, pepper and thyme. Cook in the oven 30 mins at 200 degree. Take out the duck and add wine and honey into oven pan. Cook until the sauce softens. Serve breast with sauce.
