Ingredients:

  • 500 gr Italian spaghetti
  • 4 slices of Pancetta
  • 3 tbs of Parmesan cheese(Grated)
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 3-4 clove of Garlic
  • 2 tbs of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 glass of Creame
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • Salt-Black Pepper

Method: Boil spaghetti 7-8mins until it's aldente. Cut pancetta into small cubes and cook on oiled pan. Add salt, black pepper, green pepper and garlic and cook 2-3 mins more. Mix yolks with creame than add pancetta . Finally mix whole mixtrure with spaghetti. Sprinkle parmesan and serve.
