• 6-7 pieces Asparagus
  • 12-13 slices of Proscuittto
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt-Black Pepper

Method: Cut the bottom part(2-3 cm) of asparagus which is very tough to eat. Boil asparagus only 1-2 mins in salted water. Wrap proscuitto over asparagus and put in oven tray. Season with salt and black pepper and add olive oil. Cook until the proscuitto becomes crispy. Drip some virgin olive oil and serve.
